Amanda Berryman is an experienced workplace professional with more than 30 years’ experience across administration, finance, human resources, and corporate services.

Her career spans government, not-for-profit, and private sector environments, including roles within NSW and Victorian Government agencies, as well as organisations across finance, hospitality, aged care, early learning, and disability support sectors.

Amanda specialises in employee and industrial relations, with a strong focus on independent workplace investigations, reviews, dispute resolution, and workplace culture matters. Her work is underpinned by a thorough understanding of governance, compliance, and procedural fairness, combined with a practical and people-centred approach.

With formal studies in Business Administration, Government Investigations, Human Resource Management, and Leadership and Management, Amanda brings both structured expertise and firsthand operational experience to every engagement.

Amanda is committed to delivering fair, compliant, and practical workplace solutions tailored to organisational needs; is based in the Mildura region and provides services on-site and remotely across Australia.

Bronte McDonald - Consultant

Bronte McDonald is an experienced executive support and administration professional with more than 30 years’ experience supporting senior executives, business owners, and leadership teams across a wide range of industries.

Her background includes extensive work in state and local government, construction, mining, legal, and hospitality sectors, with particular expertise in board secretariat services, governance coordination, and executive support.

Bronte brings strong experience in corporate governance, compliance, and operational management, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of her work. In addition, her long-standing experience managing hospitality and bar venues provides valuable insight into operational compliance, staffing, and customer service environments.

Known for her integrity, reliability, and solutions-focused approach, Bronte delivers high-level executive, administrative, secretariat, and hospitality operational support to organisations and venues. As a Justice of the Peace (NSW), she upholds the highest standards of ethical conduct and confidentiality.

Bronte is based on the Central Coast and supports clients across the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, and beyond.
