Amanda Berryman - Founder & Principal Consultant
Amanda Berryman is an experienced workplace professional with over thirty years of expertise across Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Services.
Her career spans across government agencies, not-for-profit sectors and privately owned business, including roles within NSW and Victorian Government agencies (Corrective Services and Health), as well as in Finance, Hospitality, Aged Care, Early Learning and Disability Support organisations.
Amanda has experience in Employee and Industrial relations, including workplace investigations, dispute resolution, mediations, facilitated discussions, and workplace culture reviews. She is also skilled in executive support, accounts support, recruitment, and payroll services.
She currently specialises in Employee/Industrial Relations, and focuses on workplace investigations, reviews, and dispute resolution, combining a strong understanding of governance and compliance with a people-centred approach that ensures fairness and integrity in every engagement.
Having studied Business Administration, Government Investigations, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Management, Amanda brings both formal knowledge and firsthand operational expertise to her work.
In the short time since establishing Murray’s Workplace Support, Amanda has developed a strong and growing client base, and is dedicated to delivering fair, compliant, and practical workplace solutions across NSW, VIC, SA, and beyond.
Amanda is based in the Mildura Region and covers local regions such as the Murray Mallee, Swan Hill, Broken Hill and beyond where the support is required.
Bronte McDonald - Business Partner: Administration, Executive Support, Secretariat & Hospitality Services
Bronte is an experienced executive support professional with over thirty years of expertise in administration, coordination, and organisational management. She has built her career supporting senior executives, business owners, and leadership teams across a broad range of industries including State Government (Health), Local Government, Construction, Mining, Legal, and Hospitality.
With extensive experience as a Board Secretariat, working directly with Chief Executive Officers, Boards, and Audit & Risk Committees to ensure the effective coordination of meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, and management of governance processes. Her background in corporate governance, compliance, and venue operations ensures accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of her work.
In addition to her corporate and administrative expertise, Bronte has more than three decades of hands-on experience in managing bar and hospitality venues, giving her a unique understanding of operational compliance, staffing, and customer service within the hospitality industry. This combination of corporate and practical knowledge allows her to deliver well-rounded support to both business and venue environments.
She provides high-level executive, administrative, and operational support that brings clarity, organisation, and efficiency to complex workplaces. Her work includes managing executive schedules, coordinating projects, streamlining systems, overseeing hospitality operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day performance for businesses of any size.
Known for her integrity, reliability, and solutions-focused approach, Bronte combines professionalism with practical experience to achieve strong outcomes for clients. As a Justice of the Peace (NSW), she upholds the highest standards of ethical conduct and confidentiality.
