    Give us a call or send an email, we’ll take the time to discuss your needs, goals, and the best way we can support your organisation.

  • 2. Proposal

    We’ll prepare a clear proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, and fees, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.

  • 3. Kick-Off

    Once approved, we’ll establish confidentiality, access requirements, and communication preferences to ensure a smooth start.

  • 4. Delivery

    We provide regular Face-to-Face or Virtual updates depending on your preference and location, ensuring practical outcomes and consistent communication throughout each stage.

  • 5. Ongoing Support

    At the end of the engagement, we’ll either complete a full handover or transition to retainer-based ongoing support for continuity and peace of mind.
